The rooms are small and dark. Old building with rooms opening outside. Bathroom needs some work. The breakfast was ok but lady in charge was so nice and on top of it...clean breakfast area. Maid was very nice and gave us everything we needed.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights when we first got to Columbus. The staff was super friendly and offered free smacks at night after 5 pm. I came into town for a program at Mississippi State and it was game weekend...most people want you to book 2 days at outrageous prices, but I found the Best kept Secret..Quality Inn Columbus, which is about 20 minutes from the college. Customer service was great and the rooms are nice

This hotel is right off of highway 45 in the middle of town, so it is convenient to everything. Don't let the exterior fool you-the staff members were all very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast area was nice, and the selection of food was great.

I actually booked this hotel based on other trip advisor reviews but was still a little skeptical. However it really was everything others had said. The staff are very friendly, rooms are spotless and the breakfast was quite good as well. Should I have the need to visit Columbus again I would not hesitate to stay here one bit.

We stayed here overnight and were delighted. Our room was very clean, had nice quality linens and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Their breakfast buffet had hot dishes and was much more extensive than most free breakfasts. The staff was friendly and courteous. A good experience that led us to try another QInn later in our trip.
