This hotel is excellent - from the cleanliness, decor, helpful staff to the convenient location. I consider myself a VERY picky traveler when it comes to cleanliness and safety. I've stayed at this hotel before with no real problem but I did notice that each time that I stayed there it grew dirtier and dirtier. This last trip was a mess. I would highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express! The staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in. The hotel was very clean and had nice, new furnishings. There is not a better place in Clinton to stay! more

I had not made an advance reservation and saw the new Holiday Inn Express sign from Interstate 20. There seem to be good restaurants nearby so I exited. Man this hotel has a problem.... seriously... my car has been broken into 3 times any the police cant do nothing about it.... screw paying $130 a night and having the problem of being scared of your hotel getting broke into..... more

This past winter there were a handful of break-ins in the surrounding area involving many of the local hotels. We worked in cooperation with the police to apprehend the person responsible. Our parking lot security cameras played a crucial part in identifying the perpetrator. There were a limited number of break-ins in the entire area the last one occurring at...

I visited this hotel from 6/18/08-6/21/08 and it was wonderful.The whole staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one.From the new imaculate rooms to the pool and breakfast bar.All of the employees were so friendly.My wife and I had our granddaughter with us and they were so pleasant with her.What a great place.Thank you Clinton... more

NEW Hotel. Opened a few months ago. Great location, right off the freeway. Check-in was quick and smooth. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to force the lady that cleaned my room to take a tip. more
