My wife and I stayed here while visiting my sister and brother-in-law. This is the 1st time for my wife but not me. My brother-in-law got the room comped which was great. We had a reservation for 2/13 which was the last room available and on the outside not the tower. The room would have been expensive ($159) because it... More

This was my very first casino experience. Overpaid to stay in a room equivalent to a motel six. No one ever expects to end up in a cheap motel when they book a room at a casino. Paid 129 dollars for a room I could have paid way less somewhere else. The staff are beyond rude. Players club cash office... More

Keys wouldn't work, very noisy through out the night, room was nice but definitely not worth the price. Will not stay again, glad it was a one night deal. Much rather stay at other casinos, stayed at least other 6 casinos, much better quality wise and better prices.

We did not stay at Treasure Bay Hotel, but it was very close to a time-share condo we had booked, so we could walk on over to the casino whenever we wanted to play. I have never had so much fun at a casino before! They have special perks for first-time guests that are really special and the machines are... More

Ok- the 3 reviews in one. The hotel- we had room 424, Right above the loading dock for the kitchen. All during the night there was something lose that was "tang, tang, tang" all night long. Then at 5:00 in the morning the kitchen crew sounded like a bunch of fish mongers. no sleep and a 12 hour drive-not happy. The casino-well... More

This was my second stay here. The rooms are good and also the bathrooms are clean and somewhat modern. After that. Treasure bay is on the cheap. The staff needs to work on how to be more positive about who they work for. While playing slots me and my friend had played for thirty minutes before we could ever get... More

The staff is nice and accommodating. Great table limits and big enough to still have fun. Loved the fried chicken at buffet! Well worth the nominal fee they charge. Mississippi much friendlier than NOLA, very obvious when you compare.

The casino could be a competitive and successful gaming destination if the dealers were replaced or would just wake up! Never witnessed a worse example of casino dealers and the pit supervisors have no control of the floor. What a waste! Could be really fun place to go. Only reason I didn't give a terrible is Marissa and Gemma, only... More
