From check in to checking out hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Would stay here again without adoubt. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. When we had an issue staff took care of it asap and to our statisfaction. Buffet was good. Make sure you try the gumbo at Mary Mahoney's it is to die for. more

We've stayed at the Grand several times over the past year and every visit has been above expectations. We just returned there on Oct. 9-11 and again it was a great stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable with a pillowtop mattress. They have added coffee makers in all the rooms which is a big plus... more
