“Only hotel in town”

This is a budget friendly hotel. The room were relatively clean--clean sheets, floors, bathroom,towels. Spiderwebs around the window though and a little dusty. Bathroon sink had a slow drain and the pipes were noisy when taking a shower. Beds were good. breakfast was okay--toast, bagels, mini muffins and donuts. “As Expected”

Budget accommodations that supplied what was advertised. The room was clean, the included breakfast was on the smaller side but better than nothing. Free wifi didn't work if you were in the far half of the building and I had to come to the lobby to get some use out of it.

We have stayed here before. The check in staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are good size and clean. Zumbrota, Minnesota is not far from Rochester.
