What I look for in hotel for a work assignment is internet service, cable TV, desk and kitchen. For 1+ week, work trips, it's the only place for me. This facility is located right off the highway, which makes it convenient. It's also next to a small mall where there's an Outback and an Italian restaurant -- also convenient.
