I stayed here twice in October, 2007 during business trips. As a Priority Club Platinum member, I normally get complimentary room upgrades to the best available rooms. During both stays I received a sub-standard room, and also was not acknowledeged as a Platinum member during check-in (same clerk both times). Stayed here for two nights in Sept 2007. Average motel experience, free breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. Relatively quiet even though it's just off the interstate. This hotel is not awful, but it's not a 3 star hotel as listed by AAA. 2 stars is more appropriate. The room was musty. There is a lot of noise from the interstate. There are better places to stay near the area. more

Very clean, Courteous, well-trained, friendly staff. They get added bonus points for hiring mentally handicapped people to fill housekeeping of other low skill positions. more
