Probably the worst value hotel I've ever stayed in. For $100+ (expensive for a town like Winona), this hotel room was filthy, old, not maintained and noisy. The staff were unhelpful and disinterested. Huge regret staying here. A very disappointing experience. more

This hotel was the un-cleanest I have ever stayed in. I am not a frequent hotel guest, but I have stayed in plenty of places. Unless forced, I would not stay at this hotel ever again. There was hair in the tub; the paint and the pained tiles in the bathroom were cracked and peeling; the heater had two settings,... more

This hotel is falling apart and the worst part about the stay was the person at the front desk offered to sell me some pot that she'd gotten from her boyfriend. Her name was Beth more

Years ago this was a pretty nice hotel in Winona. We grew up in the area and still have freinds there so booked this hotel. I was very dissappointed to see how run down it is now. It cost us $100.00+ per night midweek! I would have gladly paid an extra $20.00 to stay at one of the newer hotels... more

We arrived and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was closed, but gave us $15 off for the inconvience. We had 3 problems while we were there. No soap, the remote didnt work and the door key card stopped working. Each time we called the front desk, the maintenance guy, Jessie, came right away and fixed it.... more

We checked into the hotel and were assigned a room (262) that had no power, so we switched to another room (266). It was a hassle, but we took it in stride. Getting to our new room, it is dated, has very stained carpet, poor quality fluorescent lighting at the vanity, one bar of soap and no shampoo, a heat... more

I visited the Winona Quality Inn for the first time in Feb. I usually stay at the Riverport, but went with a different place this time. Not a bad decision! The building is very old but the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The pool was closed, big dissappointment, but the manager made up for it by reaching into her... more

This hotel, the rooms, the staff and the service are terrible. The rooms were filty, even mold in the room. I waited a hour to check in because of a wedding party. This place is simply a dump. Letters to their home office do no good as this is a franchise with an owner that does not care. Stay somewhere... more

This hotel has serious problems. Unfortunately for me, I was trapped there for 7 nights. There were 3 of us staying there (my parents and I), so a rollaway was needed. Upon arrival, they were very vague as to whether we'd be able to get a rollaway, even though the reservation was made with one. Luckily, they had one for... more
