This hotel has been purchased by another company and will be closing sometime in the future. The staff will not tell you when this will happen--perhaps they know or perhaps they do not. I can tell you that they have no business staying open right now with the condition that they are in. This experience has angered me so much... More

I will start by saying that this hotel is currently undergoing major rennovation, and desperately needs it! I would hold off staying here for a couple of months until they are done. The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure, but the room smelled extremely musty. The carpet was completely soaked from the bathroom door past the sink... More

I stayed one night on June 20. I travel extensively and have never encountered a hotel in this state of disrepair and stench. The first room I was given was not cleaned and had the overwhelming smell of rotting fish! The second room was ready to occupy, but was well worn. The hotel was dark and not well maintained. I... Old,shabby property, in need of serious TLC. Everything seemed to be worn, chipped or broken. I cant't believe Quality Inn would let this place wear their name. Keep looking. We didn't eat at the attached Perkins resturant, because we assumed it was owned by the same outfit.

We were on our way out west and needed a place to crash at 3 am when we just couldn't drive anymore. The lady at front desk was nice enough to give us a discount on the room since it was so late. It's a good thing I was too tired to care about the quality of the room. The... More

Wow. A friend and I stayed at this hotel so we could go fishing. He payed for the room. I recommended this hotel as it was part of Choice, but I was ultra embarassed after I got there. I'm a diamond member, and couldn't believe Choice is still affiliating themselves with this dump. I agree with prior reviews. The place... More

Please be advised that everything in this review is NOT true. I called this guest directly and sent e-mail to resolve the problem and also refunded him his room. Our building is an older building but we have remodeled 50 new rooms and are still making renovations. We have regular health inspections, which I have reports, to state that we... More

Quality Inn was our 3rd place we checked to stay in Winona - we decided we didn't need to spend around $130/night at other motel(s). We always choose "Choice...." so thought would be ok and liked the fact it was next to a Perkins. We were a party of 4 (so we booked 2 King regular rooms). I would like... More

The first room - a dingy dark room where the only window opened onto a banquet room, so opening curtains was out of the question. Filthy carpet, with peeling paint chips on the carpet, not to mention other misc paraphenalia. Towels were a shade of gray/yellow. You could write your name in the dust on top of the toilet tank....
