BEWARE!!! My family stayed at Agency Bay Lodge and experienced HORIBLE customer service!! The owners are very intrusive in your vacation and are not out to make your stay enjoyable.

The cabin we stayed in had a log book with the documentation of past customer's experiences. Many documented things that were broken/damaged in the cabin and these issues were not fixed (some of the issues were more than a year in repeating.)

The owners fought with the customers and when speaking to other families staying at the resort, they had similar experiences. We then went to other resorts to look for another place to stay next year, and time after time, the other resorts told us that they received families who had stayed at Agency Bay Lodge in the past and also vowed to not return. One nearby resort even reported that they warned the owners of the Agency Bay Lodge that if they were to step foot on the other resort's property again, the cops would be called.
