Have stayed here numerous times. Staff do a good job. The place smells however. Rooms on the west side are small and in poor condition--ask for a room in the main building for a much larger nicer room!. Remember Waite Park has one of the highest crime rates in Minnesota. Located near a lot of shopping.

This motel 6 was basic and inexpensive. It was clean, quiet, the staff was very nice. I stayed with my dog, they were fine and there was room to walk him. I'd stay here again. It's nothing fancy, but adequate.

Typical Motel 6, with smallish rooms and only double beds. We had to purchase 2 rooms to accomodate our family of 6. Vacations are expensive enough without that! This hotel is about what you expect from Motel 6, clean and no frills. It was slightly better maintained and in a better area than most Motel 6's are, but was also a little bit more expensive than most. I would stay there again

Dirty, smelly, gross. Carpets are stained, bedding is dirty, no shampoo in shower!! Staff is rude. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

This is one of the cheapest chains around coming in under $40 for a single. No shampoo, no hair dryer, and pillows like mini-marshmallows but always seems clean, staff helpful, and usually a quiet, functional hotel.
