The room was dirty. The sheets were stained. There were bed bugs!! Highly recommend you stay away!! The service was very poor. The person behind the desk was irritated because we askedfor help with the remote control as it wasn't working.

We stayed on Labor Day weekend and were able to get confirmed within minutes. The hotel needs a paint job on the exterior and mattress pads instead of just fitted covers, but was otherwise clean and functional. I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The owners are very pleasent and the maintenance man is very accomidating. They make you feel like a member of their family, not a paying client just passing through. My wife and I stayed at The Budget Host during our stay in Virginia. The motel is located just at the edge of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and also feature a full size bathroom. The owners are warm and friendly people and the price was the best in town. We highly recommend this motel.
