We keep going back to this great friendly proper village pub. Food and service is always impeccable with friendly staff and efficient service. We normally go for Sunday lunch which is always excellent. Advisable to book as it is becoming popular.

What a great pub! We came here for the first time for a family meal. Initially we were quite concerned as the menu on their website is dated 2013 and though we assumed it would be different in 2016, it wasn't. Although the menu was the same there was a specials board and menu insert with a lot of choice.... More

Traditional pub atmosphere with great home cooked food to match. The service was first class from start to finish which is hard to come by. Myself having the ribs, the ribs fell of the bone which is perfect, beautiful home-made chips, crispy onion rings and a great salad on the side. Along with a finger bowl which does not happen... I'm not local to the area, but visited for a family Christmas gathering with family local to the area. We had the Sunday roast. For a small local pub, they pack some punch! I had roast pork which was cooked to perfection, with plenty of trimmings. Efficient, friendly service and excellent value for money. The Bailey's cheesecake was to die... More

We visited the bluebell for the second time and the meals are great freshly cooked and very good portions. The staff are friendly and Joanne is a lovely host and front of house. Well worth visiting a cosy warm country pub plenty of parking

Great, very friendly service, good food, lovely old world surroundings, proper pub. Also have a few rooms for b&b. Can't fault this place at all, can't wait to go back! Getting very full so best to book!

Fabulous place to eat great friendly staff 'a real country pub'. Great playpark for the children too. I have been going here for 6 years and it gets better and better. Lots of parking and fabulous base for walks in the summer.

Have visited Inn for several years now and have always received a very friendly welcome. Wonderful place to visit for Sunday Roasts which are available until late afternoon. Home cooked food at its best - can recommend the roast pork, beef, chicken (well everything really).

After searching for accommodation to visit family and friends we came across this wonderful pub which provided B&B. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Many thanks.
