Gitche Gumee was a very lovely place to spend a couple of nights. The lakeview room featured not only a lake view but deer sightings too. The view of the lake and the privacy and quiet of the property were perfect for relaxing...and the scones and coffee were first class! more

This is a great B & B if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to crash at a reasonable price. I believe there are 4 rooms at this place. We stayed in room 4 which had a queen size select confort bed and the windows overlooked the lake. We got to wake up to the sunrise over Lake... more
