The Hampton Inn has a lot of nice ammenities in the guest rooms and the selection at breakfast is ample. However, I just could not get over the feeling that this hotel is a recent conversion. Perhaps it was because there was a construction crew working in the dining area. The rooms are very nice, big showers, and soft beds.... more

I serve on a state advisory board that used to hold three annual meetings at the Minneapolis Airport Hilton. Due to cost cutting, they moved the meetings to another (cheaper) location and asked us to find slighly more modest lodging accomodations to help them save on their travel reimbursement costs. Because I am a Hilton Honors member, I wanted to... more

After a 16 day road trip and 8 hotels, this was the last place we stayed at before going home. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean and well kept. I can't forget to mention the great bathroom, either. The breakfast was about what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. Even though we were literally... more

I stayed here on business for a few days. The room was large and well appointed. The bathroom was immaculate. There are no luxuries, but you get a big comfy Hilton bed and there is fast free internet (cable & wireless). The rooms are noise insulated and very quiet, even on the ground floor. There is no hotel bar. But... more

Stayed one night on a business trip to the area. Easy access from the the interstate and hotel was clean with a friendly staff. This property has everything you'd expect from a Hampton Inn: Standard Hampton Inn room with Hilton bedding and a nice sized bathroom. Also a microwave and fridge in the room. Free internet worked fine. Quiet night... more

Stayed 1 night while in the area for business. Got a warm welcome when I arrived on a cold Minnesota April night. My room was on the first floor, but since it was overlooking a little garden / courtyard, there were no noise problems at all. Room was clean, everything worked well. Desk and chair comfortable and bed of course... more

Very nice for a Hampton Inn. Everything you would expect with the bonus of having an attached restaurant/bar. This was nice, and the food and beer are good. Downside: 2 floors but no elevator! more

I made my second visit to Minneapolis-St. Paul of 2003 and stayed at the Hampton Inn-MSP North. I wish I'd stayed there on my first visit instead of the nearby Holiday Inn. This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn. For the "discount" or "value" hotel of the Hilton chain, I was impressed by the quality and value. I... more

We stayed at the Shoreview Hampton November 2004 for one night. Two adults and 6 kids in adjoining rooms. Adequate size standard rooms, decent bathrooms, about what you would expect for this level of accommodations. We had spent the day swimming at the nearby Shoreview Tropics Indoor Waterpark, and had made reservations at the Hampton for its proximity to Tropics... more
