Our experience at this hotel was not good!! First, there is a $15.00 fee for parking which most hotels have guest parking free. Then checking in was a nightmare - my sister had to wait 30 minutes in line to register and my niece had to wait 2 hours in the lobby with a baby who is on a feeding... More

I felt like I was in the 70s. I had a big room, however, there was a pull down bed with no clock near night stand. Electric outlets were no where near the bed. I spent $193. Way over priced. Stay at a motel 6, probably better. On a good note, front desk person was nice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel recently for a friend's wedding nearby. Check-in was smooth and easy, and our room was nice, clean and spacious, and included a fridge and a microwave. In my opinion, the best parts of this hotel are the bar and the location. The hotel bar was absolutely one of the best I have... More

HHonors member. Let's see. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. There is not enough front desk staff on the second shift. Only one person to run the entire floor and handle all the phone calls in not adequate. The third elevator is out and not marked as such. Two elevators for 17 floors could not handle the amount... This was my first time staying at a Double Tree. It was nice. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in the hotel restaurant -- and it was decent. The staff -- both the front desk and the restaurant -- were very, very friendly and helpful.

It took 4 hours after check-in time to have the room ready for us. Restaurant attached to hotel had horrible service. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Hotel did not accommodate multiple requests before arrival to have adjoining rooms so very disappointed when we got there and we did not have that request when it was made days... More

When I arrived at 5:00pm I was greeted with a lengthy line to check in. Ten minutes later when I finally got to check in I was told my room was not ready. I reserved the room over 2 months ago, how is it not possible to get sufficient staffing to have clean rooms 5 hours after checkout? The crabby... More

This was an average hotel - not at all what I expected from a Hilton. Our room was left open after it was cleaned by the maid. The cleaning was mediocre at best. It obviously wasn't cleaned well as there was a tip left on the counter and it was labeled as a tip, and it wasn't found by the... More

Hotel was nice overpriced though. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet very good and priced average. The other restaurant and bar were overpriced for what you received. Rooms were adequate with very nice amenities such as the fridge and microwave.

The person at check-in was very nice, efficient and helpful. Gave us a map of the city so we could find our way. The room was comfortable. We did mention to the front desk that our room had a smoking odor. He said he would check into it.
