If you are visiting St. Paul, this is the best place to stay. I found it on google and stayed their twice. Its a great idea (hotel on boat), lovely interiors (beautifully crafted), nice amenities (quilts and bathrooms), and the breakfast is delicious. All the rooms are good, but I like the Pilot House best. The decks and views are beautiful. There is lots of space to lounge, there is a restaurant across the dock, and where else can you stay ON the Mississippi? I recommend it highly, and I stay in *lots* of hotels. THe proprietor is friendly and very accommodating, a good cook, and stays out of your hair (unlike so many b&b owners). Really a great place to stay. more
