Stayed here for a conference. Property was excellent. The morning lobby house keeper was the one person I wanted to see every morning just to hear her say "hope you enjoy you day". We stayed at the Best Western Kelly Inn in January, and had a wonderful experience. We like the location right downtown. It's a very nice hotel with some great views of the Mississippi (our room had a view) and great food at their Green Mill Restaurant. I'd recommend it to others. My family stayed at the Best Western Americanna for my son's hockey tournament in St. Cloud. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided us with maps and directions to a ton of fun places in St. Cloud. The kids loved the pool and the restaurant there was really fun too. We would definitely stay there again. more
