It was a pleasant surprise to come to such a small hotel and find some of the most comfortable rooms ever! The price is top-notch and very reasonable. The rooms have a "lodge" feel, free wifi, the beds are amazing. I believe each room has adjustable (up & down) controls with a massage option on the bed - awesome if... More

I did not expect such a nice room in such a small town. When entering the motel there was a smokey smell, but my room smelled and looked clean. You can't beat the price and Roger is fun, personable and accommodating.

Just happen to stop on my drive from Calgary, Alberta to Buffalo, NY. The owner is very helpful, and willing to share a story or two, make sure to take some time to chat. My room was very clean, the adjustable bed was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant surprise.

Located a short distance from the Truck Stop in Rothsay;the Comfort Zone Inn is the BEST motel I have ever been in for the price of $42.70 a night including tax. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms with many T.V.channels and a fridge in the room. Great place to eat next door with on/off sale if you wish, and if (Truckers) you are here on... More

We were tired of driving and wanted a quite place to rest. My son had just had major surgery at Mayo, so I was worried about cleanliness. We pulled up outside is alittle rough, but the staff is very freindly. The hotel and the room eas very very clean. Cleaner than some big name hotel chains we've stayed in. The... More

We recently stayed here on a motorcycle trip from Canada, we were pleasantly surprised. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owners were super friendly. It looks a little dated fron the outside but definitely look past that there is also a gas station next door and a 24hr truck stop diner.

I was sick of driving in the snow and checked this exit. I found something that looked like an old strip mall with a sign that said something to the effect of, "don't let the exterior fool you." Well I didn't and was glad that I checked this place out. The nicest guy (the owner) at the front desk--I felt... More
