My mother had an outpatient procedure at Mayo Clinic that required her to lay flat 30 minutes out of every hour and to come back the next morning for a checkup. I wanted someplace she could rest comfortably and that I could work remotely on my laptop without disturbing her. The one bedroom suite worked well because she could rest... more

We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in June for a soccer tournament. As always with Marriott hotels, I was very pleased. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. They have every convenience of home, full kitchen and a wonderful sitting area in the 1 BR suite. The continental breakfast offers more than most hotels; hot scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and... more

This hotel was fabulous!! The rooms were huge, everything was supplied, and it even had a dishwasher. All was in wonderful condition. Plus the pool area was amazing for my seven year old --- and it was warm, which seems to be hard to find sometimes. The staff also was very kind, and their high speed internet worked very well.... more

Nice large suites with tons of amenities (dishes, dishwasher, silverware), new furniture, fireplace, flat screens, etc. The bed is particularly comfortable. Both times I've stayed here there have been tons of little kids running around (because of the awesome looking swimming pool) so that can be a negative for some people (thought not me!). more

overall this is a nice place. the first room we were given was not terribly clean ( garbage cans full, floor not vacuumed), but the manager gave us the option of two other rooms which were fine. the rest of our stay went well. pool was clean and well maintained. kitchen facilities were good - although the bar sink with... more

We stayed at this hotel in early September. We liked everything about the hotel except the paper thin walls between the rooms. The hotel and rooms are completely renovated and large, the property is well maintained, the full breakfast (free) is good, access off of the highway is convenient and the free internet access in the lobby is useful. However,... more

We booked this hotel knowing they were in the process of remodeling. We got a great rate on a 2 bedroom suite. We never expected what we found when we got there. The whole hotel is being worked on while guest are there. We were told one floor at a time was being worked on. All the light fixtures in... more

when we arrived the type of room we had requested was not ready. we were given a smaller room and told that we could switch over to the larger room in the morning when the housekeeping staff were back. They were renovating our floor and the strong smell of paint and carpet glue was too much for us, and we... more

We came for the "water park" and were horribly disappointed. Two cold pools that I complained about, when the guy at the desk looked into it, he did a good job getting back to me and said a pipe in the boiler burst. Understandable. The older kid toughed it out in the larger pool. The youngest girl wouldn't even go... more
