I was horrified! I was sitting on the toilet when I heard the main door to our room open, then a woman (housekeeper) started to enter the bathroom! I reached over and pushed on the door to keep her out and yelled "what are you doing!" She mumbled something and left. I was so angry. She had not knocked or... more

This hotel was clean, I will give it that. This hotel also boasts a lounge/restaurant but it is uninviting to anyone with a family. It also has a Starbucks but it closes at 6 during the week and was never open during the weekend while we were there, meaning there was no coffee to be found at the hotel unless... more

I took my mom and my dog to the Radisson in Rochester, as we were attending a show at the Mayo auditorium. We chose this property because we knew it was close to the arena-but we found it was close to other amenities as well: The Galleria Mall for restaurants and shopping, near the clinic and off of a major... more

The loby is very nice, but the rooms need some updating. The rooms just look a bit worn. There is also construction going on in the hotel, so good luck sleeping in. I wish that there was some sort of notification about the construction. It is connected to the skyway that takes you to the convention center...so it is very... more

I spent two night in this hotel last week. I'm surprised that an 11 story hotel can meet code only having 2 elevators, but to take one out of service for some reason (the front desk staff was very fuzzy about why one wasn't working), made for a very frustrating stay. It seems that they were using it for carrying... more

We stayed at this hotel while needed to be at the Mayo Clinic. The location was very convenient and getting around in the skywalk and subway made getting to the clinic easier. We didn't need to worry about the parking at the clinic which can be expensive and difficult to find. It was evident that we were paying for the... more

We are staying a third time in April and we can't think of a better place to stay in Rochester! The staff, and I mean ALL staff, doorman, front desk, cleaning staff, etc. are friendly and helpful. The place is quiet and most important of all, CLEAN. Beautiful lobby, everywhere you walk, decorated nicely. The Metro has great food and... more

This was my second trip to Rochester in three months, the first time lodging at the Best Western. I chose the Radisson for the indoor link to Mayo and that was the best part of my stay. Compared to the Best Western I found the rooms small and very noisy. Barking dogs are not kept to one floor of the... more

If you're in Rochester for business, this is a good hotel choice, especially if your business is in the Mayo clinic. There are skywalks which link the hotel to all the Mayo offices. The pool is pretty big and usually empty. The room was your average room, with a sleep number bed, which I hate. The bathroom is tiny, but... more
