Everything was fine during our 11-day stay 2 blocks from the Mayo. Because of surgery our stay was extended by a week, and the hotel staff managed to let us keep the same room. Fantastic trip was made way less stressful by the staff. The beds were super comfy and the towels were the most absorbent of all those made... More

Clean, quiet atmosphere with professional, helpful staff. As a Hiltons Honor member the 11th floor cocktail hour with an array of appetizers and Full breakfast in the morning really add to the experience. I stay here every time a room is available when I travel to Rochester.

If you are planning to visit the Mayo Clinic you would be hard pressed to find more accommodating facilities than the DoubleTree Rochester. The staff are efficient and courteous and the rooms well maintained. Your walk to the clinic is short with many restaurants and food choices along the way. The breakfast at the hotel is a great value and... More

This hotel has a shuttle to the Mayo and is handy to shopping and restaurants via enclosed walkways. We've stayed in this location approximately 7 times in the last 9 years and have always been pleased.

I had to stay on the executive floor, that's all that was available. Perhaps as a result, I found this hotel to be quite expensive, since I stayed for 12 nights. The staff here was wonderful. Some amenities were better than usual, including the laundry, fitness and restaurant parts of the hotel. The location is great, connected by skyway to... More

Dear Scott K: Thank you for staying with us while in Rochester. I am sorry that you didn't receive a room that would have met your needs better while you were here. We do have accessible guestrooms that would give you more space for your walker if you would like to stay with us again in the future. We do... More

Nicely located hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent food. Previously I've had great service here. But, my most recent stay was not very satisfying in regards to the front staff service. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

I've never stayed at a Hilton that I didn't like. Nothing was different with this Doubletree. It was lovely. An older building that has been renovated and looks next to new inside. The rooms are large and well appointed. Everything was in working order including tub drain and lightbulbs and quality LG TV. Lots of lighting and huge windows for... More

Stayed prior to surgery at mayo. Handicap room on executive level. All good. Walk in shower especially. Well run, well kept pleasant place. Town car to clinic. Husband stayed 3 days beyond and was pleased.

We have decided to stay overnight at the Doubletree rather than having to drive 5 hours each way after our visit. We appreciate the warm cookies and equally warm greeting upon arrival. The valet's and bell hops are exceptional nice. We like our large suite and staying on the concierge floor. Makes the visit a little more tolerable. The two... More

The room I was provided was right by the elevator and I could hear it ding all night. In addition, the air conditioning was not working well and it was very hot. Although I do not request much, I was surprised as a Diamond member that they apparently did not even review my profile and see "Quite" room as a... More

Dear Richard C: Thank you for staying with us again. I can see that you reviewed our hotel back in Feb. We are very sorry that you didn't receive a room away from the elevator; sometimes with the occupancy of the hotel it is hard to grant all requests. Please just let us know the next time that you stay... More
