We loved this hotel. It was the best one we have stayed in since our travels to Rochester. It is very convenient to the Mayo clinic.

Nice hotel, but not worth the hassle. First off, there's no parking. You have to park two blocks away in a city lot and walk back. I stay here every time I am in Rochester, which is a couple times every year. Love the beds, staff, etc.

This is a very nice Marriott. It is extremely convenient to the Mayo facilities and hospitals. You are totally connected by the underground subways and only minutes from your doctor's office. However, they capitalize on this convenience with a very high, rarely discounted nightly rate. They are generally $75 pr night higher.

stayed here for a four three day conference. Hotel has been updated and bar area is very nice for visiting and relaxing. Bed was great except the sheets didn't stay on. Quiet rooms.
