Stayed one night after getting this so-called 3 star property on Hotwire. 2 stars would be very generous for this property. As others have mentioned, you have a good chance of getting an outdoor room. Not fun unless you like car headlights shining into your room at all hours. I can't imagine getting luggage into the 2nd floor rooms after... more

I stayed here for Mayo Clinic. I had a very early morning appointment. I checked in at 11:30 pm and saw lots of dog walkers around the property. I was told by another guest that the hotel was sponsoring a dog show. Not a dog lover to start with, but with barking during the night and early morning, it was... more

For a promise of a good night's sleep, all we got was tossing and turning from noisy neighbors. They should hand out ear plugs. ~Grumble~ Our room was a little rough, cobwebs, etc, and the deadbolt on the door did not function. We found this out after trying to stop housekeeping from intrusively attempting to enter our room for several... more

Our flight was cancelled because of strong winds and snow. The free shuttle picked us up during this bad weather. This was a plus. Check-in went well. The room was ok for one night. It had a foul smell to it because of the pool being inside. Also, this motel allows pets. I wouldn't want to stay here for more... more

The hotel is older and was fine for a single night's stay. I wouldn't spend an extended period of time here. I was surprised that they had some room doors facing the parking lot. The front desk was helpful. more

Older property but still pretty well maintained. Would have gone the 5 stars except they have no elevator to the second floor which for seniors with a week's stay at Mayo was a luggage challenge. Breakfast was super, all the staff very pleasant to deal with. Price point in our limited budget and so will return here next time more

Positives: The room itself was nice. It was well kept up, clean, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and was nice and cool when I arrived. The young man at the front desk in the morning was incredibly friendly as was the other young man that drove me back to the airport. (I believe their names were Joe and Andy)... more

A little rough around the edges but decent. Rooms are fine and staff is very nice. Some restaurants in walking distance but not much else. It's okay. more

It seemed as if every single staff member we dealt with was seriously shooting for the monthly employee award at this hotel. Everyone, from the front-desk clerk to the waitress in the hotel's restaurant was super-friendly, outgoing and nice. The hotel is well-kept but a bit older than some of the newer offerings in town. We paid extra for the... more
