Not impressed! My smoke free room stinks, the hallways are very dirty, some of the tv channels have a black box over the picture, the internet is very slow. Stuck at this Holiday Inn as prepaid through Hotwire which listed it as the highest rated (three star) hotel in Rochester. Our experience was much the same as everyone else--hard, uncomfortable beds, musty, stinky sheets, dated and poorly kept up rooms and facilities, unattractive, downscale neighborhood (yes, a little scary) and no sound insulation. An extremely dated hotel with minimal amenities. I booked this through Hotwire, and unfortunately for whatever reason they didn't show the trip advisor rating for it - I won't make that mistake again!
