Stayed at the Day's Inn for 3 nights while going for tests at the Mayo Clinic. You can't beat the location--it was very convenient to return for a nap when we had time between appointments. If you want reasonable price, clean sheets, and friendly staff, try the Days Inn Downtown Rochester. It is across the street from Methodist Hospital and less than a block to entrance to subway to Mayo and Gonda Buildings.
