We had clinic appointments, so we wanted to be nearby. We have stayed up in the International several times and we enjoy the personal service. Fresh flowers in our room, and the happy hour never disappoint.

My daughter (11y.o.) and I stayed at The Towers while we were attending the Mayo Clinic this past August. My experience with the comfort of the rooms, the delightful food and beverages served throughout the day, and convenience to the clinic were extremely helpful to an otherwise stressful medical visit. I would highly recommend The Towers, and will stay there... More

We stayed at The Khaler Grand during a trip to the Mayo Clinic. It is very convenient for the hospital (right across the street) and we thought since it was an older hotel, it might have lots of character. We stayed in a King room on one of the lower floors at one of the lower price rates since we... More

We stayed at the Towers for our anniversary. We booked their honeymoon/anniversary package that included champagne and strawberries, free parking and everything else the Towers offers. The only con I have is that when booking the package it said private swim time from 10pm to 11pm. We did not assume that they would close the pool just for us but... More

This place doesn't just have awesome staff, the rooms are like apartments. Really nice apartments. Super clean and this is another hotel that makes you feel like royalty. You kind of get the feeling that a lot of Mayo Clinic people stay here since it is right across the street. Great place.

Stayed here for a three day conference a few weeks ago. Loved it!! The front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I got exactly what I had requested when I made the reservation. The room was on the tenth floor and was very quiet. You would not remember that a VERY busy reception area and hospital were a short elevator... More

This is the second time we have stayed at the International Hotel. On both visits the rooms have been very nice, the hotel itself, located on the top two floors of the Kahler, is very quiet and private. If you need a quiet place to recover, this is it. The 24 hour lounge is good when you can't sleep and... More

I stayed at the International Hotel during a visit to the Mayo Clinic. I had stayed at the Doubletree and the Marriott previously, and wanted to compare the International. It is a nice place, but I am not sure that I would stay again. PROS: High end finishes. Mahogany woodwork, nice furniture, nice bath with slightly outdated finishes. 24 hour... More

I was booked at the Kahler Grand and the second I saw my room (the 2nd time I had been there) I switched to the International. I was there to be with my dad while his wife is at the hospital, and he loves the Kahler, but I never realized the International was within the building. The second I go... More

I've stayed all over the city on business and there is no comparison. Bathroom is right out of a Martha Stewart photo shoot -- granite, marble and brass fixtures. I didn't want to get out of bed it was so comfy. Loved the concierge lounge with the free breakfast and afternoon appetizers. Only gripe would be that I wish they... More
