Was very impressed with the following employees, Cheryl and Roxanne in housekeeping, Sherry in breakfast and Edis, Ann and Sayha for there warm hospitality and helpfulness in a very stressful time. Nice conental breakfast and easy tunnel to clinic for cold weather. Very good housekepping service when needed.

If you're going to Rochester for any reason connected with the Mayo Clinic, this hotel is fabulous. That's especially true if you're going to be in Rochester in winter. You never have to go outside to get to the Clinic buildings near the Gonda building. There is an underground walkway from this hotel (as well as one or two other... More

My spouse, daughter, granddaughter and I stayed there for 9 nights in mid January, 2016 for a visit to the Mayo Clinic. Our stay was pleasant and the suite comfortable for 4 adults. The bathroom was somewhat small, the vanity area was separate from the bathroom, there is a partial wall separating sitting area from sleeping area. Check in was... More

We chose the Kahler Inn & Suites for a five-week course of treatment at the Mayo Clinic. It was the right choice - reasonable in cost and extremely convenient. During the January cold snap with temperatures approaching 20 below, we could get from our room to treatment in the Charleton Building in about five minutes in shirtsleeves! And having our... More

Stayed several days for a visit at Mayo Clinic. We arrived and it was -19 outside. It was warm and friendly inside. The pedestrian subway was fantastic and very convenient to get in and out of the clinic.

I accompany my cousin to the Mayo clinic 2-3 times a year, and we always stay at Kahler Inn and Suites. Very comfortable, very handy to the clinic. Staff are usually friendly and helpful The free breakfast is a big factor for convenience, but on a recent visit the hot food had run out by the time we arrived at... More

Average room, priced appropriately. Location provides access to Mayo subway. Would recommend for either a single night stay or a few nights but any longer might be better in another hotel. Good elevator access.

We thought we had booked the Kahler Grand so were surprised when they did not have our reservation number. But the Kahler Inn and Suites did. No parking spaces available. Beds are poor. The very positive is the connection by underground subway to Mayo Clinics. This is why you will stay here. Housekeeping never came to talk to to us... More

I booked in for a week and have had a very poor stay in general. The front desk isn't very friendly, the morning mud and snow was tracked in and the floor was wet and filthy from the entrance by the coffee shop past the desk to the elevators and remained as such for hours. The breakfast area has broken... More

The Kahler Inn and Suites is geared towards people traveling to Mayo Clinic. It is convenient because there is an underground tunnel that comes out in the Gonda Building so you can travel to and from without going outside in the rain or cold weather. The breakfast is typical for most three star hotels that offer a free breakfast. It... More
