The hotel staff was friendly, the lobby inviting and clean but checked out to stay elsewhere after second night. The room and bathroom were clean, but after the second night there , my sheets pulled off at the bed corner and it was then that I saw the smeared brown stains on the mattress near the head of the bed.... more

Our first and only problem with our stay was getting to the hotel. Google shows a turn off from 63 that isn't really there. We had to double back. Take the 40th St exit and you'll be golden. After that it was smooth sailing. We liked their clean suites, the hot tub, vending that actually WORKED, and friendly staff. Their... more

The hotel is well maintained, very friendly staff, good extended breakfast, wonderful pool and hot tub, clean room. We have stayed here three times as we like to stay away from the downtown area and enjoy being able to open our window at night. It is quiet.Good free business center. Ask for directions to get there as you have to... more

Was there for several nights for Mayo Clinic visit. We were first assigned a room which turned out to be NOT CLEAN! There was coffee (or ... ?) poured into the toilet, food on the floor (cheerios, Goldfish crackers), and no soap and almost no towels in the bathroom. Was it the room where the housekeeper kept her kids while... more

While staying at the hotel as a Mayo clinic patient, medications were stolen from our room while we were gone on a day trip. After meeting with management, and filing a police report, I requested an audit of the lock and found out from management that an employee entered our room twice while we were gone. The officer then told... more

The quiet hotel needed, for my Mayo stay, turned into a screaming, animal(children) riot, for two nights on weekend. When parents were requesed to attend to them, they has resigned to the fact, that their children were beyond their ability to parent them.We requested twice, to the front desk , to get, the screaming, door slamming, hoof beat stair running guests ,of the hotel to be quiet.... more

We stayed here for four days during treatment at the Mayo Clinic and found this hotel to be a wonderful choice. The Mayo Clinic is a short (six or seven minute) drive away, but there is a free shuttle for those who do not want to drive themselves. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the... more

Booked 6 rooms for $93 per room after I saw online rates for the same, I called the hotel directly to see if they would/could match or beat the price which they did meet the same price. The staff was very accomodating for our many requests - -and patient with all the children we had in our party! Pool area... more

I stayed here with my mom while getting a medical evaluation at Mayo. The hotel is very comfortable and feels like home. Our room was immaculate, and the bathroom was too. When we arrived we requested a room on the second floor facing the parking lot, as the other side of the hotel faces the highway and we assumed it... more

We came for a procedure at Mayo. We were expecting our first-floor suite to be noisy, but it wasn't. For the money, it was a great value. We had plenty of room and when I had to sleep for hours and hours, dear husband could be in the other room watching t.v.! It was clean. THat is a BIG deal!... more
