Compared to other garden inns the quality was lacking. Room furnishings were ordinary as were the public areas. Charged 13 dollars for unsecured parking.Did not have that clean room smell.lVery poor value.Would not return to this hotel due to poor value. I travel often and have never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff. My flight was delayed so I called - they had no problem holding the room for me. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding and were very happy with the experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great too - easy walk to most anywhere in Rochester.
