Great price and value if you have to spend time at the Mayo Clinic. A bit of a hike to St. Mary's although there is a shuttle that runs (infrequently and not on weekends). Room is generally clean, but the carpet is worn and stained in many spots. Bathroom is cute with old style ceramics and sinks, but still a... More

I was worried that the low price would mean a compromised experience but the opposite was true. From the helpful and friendly front desk to the open and spacious interior things were surprisingly pleasant. The room with 2 queen beds had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen TV, a large closet with wood hangers and a cupboard for things... More

Great price and adequate when all your time is spent at mayo clinic. Carpet is musty smelling and tile in bathroom is moldy appearing. Rooms are large, beds are ok comfort wise but better bring you an extra pillow. Only had hand towels to dry with but the desk did get us some regular bath towels. Breakfast consists of instant... Hotel is handy to Mayo which is the best thing going for it. The rooms are fairly large with either two queen beds or one king bed. There is an area with kitchen table and two chairs which was wonderful. Microwave, refrigerator (needed defrosting), and sink area between beds and bathroom. Bathroom has two doors and we tried to figure... More

No, this isn't where you go for pleasure. However, as a place to stay while in Rochester doing business / medical appointments, this works just fine. The rooms are big and have storage areas if you end up having to stay longer. It is two blocks from the clinic so just one more than the usual parking lot. Parking is... More

Stayed two days for Mayo clinic staff very friendly. Rooms can use some very needed cleaning. Bathroom can stand some floor scrubbing . Shower curtains were nasty,Musty old smelling rooms. For the price you get what you pay for. Close to the clinic only positive thing.

I stayed at this hotel as a volunteer driver for a vulnerable adult. The room was set up and paid for through social services. When we arrived we discovered that the confirmation given was one from a previous night and our reservation was not logged into the system. The desk attendant the next day confessed that it was her error.... More

We stayed here so my wife could visit Mayo for a second opinion. I have never stayed at such a visibly dirty hotel. I was not even sure if they changed the sheets after the previous guests left. Additionally, when we left for our Mayo appointments we requested our room be cleaned (standard in every hotel I've stayed at), but... More

I would never ever stay here again and if I could give this place negative stars, I would. Didn't clean the room or provide basic toiletries or clean towels. The rooms were musty, moldy and disgusting and the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I was scared to sleep on the bed honestly because it looked that gross.... More
