We stayed here because it was cheap and near Mayo. Our reservation quickly changed from 3 nights to one night - mainly because of cleanliness. We didn't take our shoes off ever. We only stayed here one night but it was comfortable enough. The price was good, they have alot of amenities that other extended stay places don't for the same price range and staff was really nice and helpful.

Great breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast and more and beverage bar is open all day---large breakfast room, also enjoyed the pool. Has a shuttle to Mayo Clinic and Hospitals although we preferred to drive and park at Mayo Clinic garages. We also enjoy eating at the attached Famous Dave's restaurant.
