while the staff is nice , the assistant manager is a JERK several. He does not had any person to person skills. I had no choice where to stay as I was involved in a wreck and had just left the hospital. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Perfect stop for a shopping in Mall of America. Very close to Mall but ofcourse you need a shuttle, which is not in offer. Was quiet and rather clean. All what you can expected for this price. I will defenitley used it again.
