We decided to spend a night, enjoy the buffet, and play the slots. Our room was very comfortable and quiet! Comfortable beds and a nice hot shower. The buffet was excellent and we even came out ahead on the slots. We enjoyed breakfast at the Minnehaha Cafe. Great value. We'll go again for a little getaway.

We were home last summer to attend a wedding. This was one of our stops heading back to the Minneapolis airport. I have stayed here many, many times since it opened in 1992 and it's basically the same, even in 2014. The big difference is, they now charge over $150.00 in the summer per night. They really need to rethink... More

Stayed for one night over the 2014 Christmas holiday. I had a Queen/Queen room and everything was just standard. I did appreciate the toiletries being eco-friendly in that that packaging is recyclable and is made for a 1-use only. The do offer room service is you prefer to eat in your room. I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable.... More

Mystic Lake Hotel should be called the Hard Rock Hotel. There is no reason the carpeted floor should feel more appealing than the bed! The sofa was bizzare and uncomfortable as well. No idea what the hideabed would consist of yet maybe we should have took the hideabed mattress and put it atop the main bed! Lol. Mind you this... More

Stayed here one night with my husband on 12/23/14. Arrived around 3pm and assigned room 847. Each of us were given $10 in free play at casino for staying at the hotel. Room was very large, and had wonderful view of golf course. Had a king bed and comfy couch. Room was very quiet. The bathroom was adequate and had... More

We got a king size room on a Saturday for under $100! It was equiv. to downtown $400 rooms! The reataurants are delicious and the casino floor was equiv. the Luxor etc. in Vegas! We won on machines too!!!

Rooms are comfortable, plain. Request mini fridge upon check-in. Restaurants limited inside. Liquor served in brand new side of casino room bars, very flashy but a bonus. Used to be no liquor. Entertainment groups inside on weekends by fireplace and inner casino.

As a previous jackpot winner at mystic lake, I have to say since than my experience(#winner in 2003) here has been nothing but terrible. I feel like they want to upgrade their casino so much they are not paying out at much or maybe I am just on a real real bad luck streak! find it mildly interesting that since... More

This entire facility reeks of smoke. They allow smoking everywhere! Nasty. Also the room is not worth the money. High end finishes, but not practical and user friendly. Make sure to bring your alcohol in your luggage, or they will take it from you when you check into your room.

I'm a longtime patron of Mystic Lake, both the hotel and the casino. Having visited there since 1996, I considered myself a valued guest. However, I've seen some things - minor things maybe - in the operation of the casino/player's club that have left a less than satisfying taste in my mouth. I'm a keno player. I've always been a...
