The Staff was great! The room was very small for a King room. I had to remake the bed before retiring for the night. We just had a great weekend at the Best Western Kelly Inn..we go there once a year with the kids just for the pool...and the staff is always very nice...I just wish the pool could close at midnight and not 11pm more
The only reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool which looked really nice and great for our young toddler guests. However, the pool was absolutely FREEZING cold. The rooms were fine. I thought it was nice there was a little patio off my pool side room and I would have liked to enjoy it had there not been 5 million people in and around the pool area. We stayed here because of the pool area for my three year old. our room was not very clean, it looked like it hadn't been vacumed after the last person. Stayed at this hotel on a business trip early March. Ok location, you can see it from the highway but have to go round and round to get to it. The staff checked me into a room already assigned to another person and when I went in they had their luggage there. Thankfully they weren't in the shower or anything!... more
The Best Western in Plymouth has a great pool for kids. There is a large kiddy pool with a variety of fun toys for younger kids. A small slide is in the deeper pool and there's a basketball hoop.
