This was a average hotel. There was some remodeling going on when we stayed here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also quiet. They had a variety of foods for breakfast. It was clean and friendly. We would probably stay here again.

Let me first say that in the on-line information about this property I was advised it was being remodeled. This did not interfere with the stay. But, in our suite I could distinguish if this particular room had been completed or not. But there was issue with the day to day rooms services. The major complaint, especially for non-smokers is... Great hotel. Breakfast was great (eggs, waffles, sausage, hash browns, cereal, juice/milk, cheese, bread/bagels, fruit, etc.), pool was fantastic for kids - my 3 year old loved the slides and so did the older kids, room was very nice, staff were very polite and when there was a problem (little stuff)- they took care of it very quickly. I would... More

This is my second visit/review of this property. My first visit wasn't exactly pleasant...but decided to give it another try...mostly because I have a toddler and teenager and the pool area is ideal for these age groups. [Not so much for adults as the deepest the 'big' pool gets is about 4.3'.] Plus...being a Best Western Rewards member...I had enough... More

This was rated 3+ stars on priceline and was very disappointing. The rooms were very dated, musty, and the bathroom was straight from 1975. We had to wade through clouds of smoke to get into building since smoking area has bench next to door. Pull out bed had no pillows and remote didn't work. I've heard they have updated some... More

The room and quality of the hotel was average, if not below average. The saving grace was the nice pool that our kids loved. There was a pool with a slide and a kid-sized pool with water works. If not for this, we would have had a bad experience.

internet...didn't work, had to walk near the neighbouring restaurant to get their internet access phone....didn't work, it looked as though they tried to get it working prior, as the faceplate was off the wall and wires were everywhere (they tried to hide the wires behind the bed stand) tub leaked, for 3 days we walked around/ through wet carpet walking... This is the "Worst Western" we've ever stayed in. Avoid this until you are ensured that renovations are completed, and then only book it you can't find anything cheaper. Outdated, shabbily appointed, poorly maintained, sloppily managed, this hotels has only heavily chlorinated water features for the kids, decent beds and a breakfast of variety but marginal quality to recommend it.... I was in town a week for a conference. The hotel is big, with a big pool and play area for children even though we did not use it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good. The rooms are a little on the smaller side and our side of building either smelled like smoke or musty. The hotel was... More

This is the third time we have taken our grandchildren (ages 4 and 5) to this hotel. We love the wading pool. They always have a blast and it is easy to watch them. There is a larger pool for older kids which the 5 year old ventures into and enjoys, especially the two slides. We will be going again.
