We stayed here specifically for the pool because it looked like something our 2 year old would like. We were not disappointed. The hotel room itself was very basic. Nothing fancy. It was clean. Though the mirror mounted on the bathroom door was missing a piece of its frame. Staff was pleasant. We would stay here again for a winter... More

The Best Western in Plymouth, Minnesota was clean, safe and had a very nice country decor. I brought a swimming team down to compete and had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful. The convenience of the Green Mill restaurant was outstanding. I did not have to bus athletes around town for a good quality meal. the pool and hot... More

We reserved a room on hotels.com Friday afternoon for Friday night because best western.com said they were sold out. Not knowing we wouldn't be able to use a travel card when we got to the hotel. Dara was working when we checked in & she was very helpful, very friendly & polite, tried to help us out. When we went... More

If you have kids the pool is the best, we stayed for our daughters 3rd Birthday. Nothing over 4ft. You don't need wristbands which is a plus! For adults they have a nice sized Jacuzzi. We had a poolside room which was average but noisy since its in the middle of the action. There are tables and chairs around the... More

The hotel itself is really close to the highway, and is also in reach of Mall of America. The room that I had was big enough for a week's stay for business, but there were a few disappointments. The bed had a huge dip in the middle, so it was impossible to sleep in it. I had to remedy this... More

If all you need is a room for a night, this will do. The room was clean, the tv and microwave worked, and the bed was comfortable. But do not expect the staff to be helpful nor knowledgeable about their hotel. And the breakfast food was not very good nor very hot.

This was a nice hotel, that offered a great pool area for children. I would highly recommend it. We stayed in a poolside room, and the size of the room was a little crammed, but everything was nice within the room.

Kelly Inn is very convenient if you need to be at the northwest end of Mpls. It's right off 494 & 55 which also makes it easy to downtown Mpls. Great pool for families as well as a nice restaurant in the same building.

We have stayed here every year for the past 5 years when we take our son down to Minneapolis for his birthday weekend! Great hotel, comfy beds, clean rooms! I don't recommend poolside rooms unless you love the smell of chlorine, we booked poolside one weekend and had to change after one night because it was way too much! Pool... More

A family reunion led us to stay at this hotel. Everything was fine. The breakfast was much more than the continental listed at their website. The property provides a good, solid stay. Dependable but not spectacular. Hotel seems to be going through an affinity change as the name 'Kelly Inn' has been removed from the marquee. You will be satisfied... More
