My room has 2 queen beds. My daughter stayed with me for part of the time. I did not use the pool, exercise room or breakfast. I just don't get up in time. Everyone is very friendly. An issue to me is 1. Door A was always unlocked. I assumed you could only enter if you had a room key.... More

We left there this morning after a 4-night stay, basically a very good one! A few things I want to mention: the front desk staff is terrific, most notably John, who knew immediately how to make my smartphone work with the terrible WIFI service, and Elizabeth who had a sweet smile and wonderful demeanor. When we awakened the first morning... More

This property does not warrant the three stars it receives on TripAdvisor. It is a solid 2 to 2.5. The value (we paid $65 via an online special) is there, but the rooms need updating and the front desk staff need some customer service training.

Thank you for taking the time in sharing your experiences with us. We are new ownership to this hotel and are working very hard to make the much needed upgrades. We are happy to say that the public area project that we started the middle of April will be completed in the next two weeks. We have brightened up the... More

It was dirty - check-in clerk was clueless, check-out clerk was AOK. Unbelievably dirty!! The breakfast was dry like it had been fixed the previous day. Halls hard to get through - - - - all kinds of construction setting everywhere.

We wanted a weekend away that would be affordable, comfortable and fun. Our requirements were a decent bed, a hot tub and pool, continental breakfast, and wifi. No complaints! We had a great time, everything seemed clean and taken care of.

Our room was full of paint dust and paint chips, our bathroom had water on the floor when we checked in. The closet doors were missing and the coat rack almost fell on my son. When we talked to the front desk about the issues, they didn't really do anything to fix them. I have stayed here before and it... More

I want to apologize for the issues that you had at our location. It sounds to me that the room that you were in clearly needs some attention. We have been in the process of painting all of our guest rooms and our hallways. My thought is that you were put into a room that accidentally was placed back into... More

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband had training down there and we went with him, extending our stay a couple days. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. We got dripped on a couple times from the ceiling in the pool area but otherwise it was very clean. We will definitely return with the kids.

The Kids loved the pool and hot tub and the patio area was very cool, the room was nice and bed was comfortable. Good price, nice to have a restaurant right there. Breakfast was also a very nice perk!

I stayed at the Best Western in Plymouth last week for business. The hotel is right off of 494 for easy access either direction. Its about 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The room was clean and looked freshly updated. It had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was ok not good nor bad.... More
