This is the "Worst Western" we've ever stayed in. Avoid this until you are ensured that renovations are completed, and then only book it you can't find anything cheaper. Outdated, shabbily appointed, poorly maintained, sloppily managed, this hotels has only heavily chlorinated water features for the kids, decent beds and a breakfast of variety but marginal quality to recommend it.... I was in town a week for a conference. The hotel is big, with a big pool and play area for children even though we did not use it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good. The rooms are a little on the smaller side and our side of building either smelled like smoke or musty. The hotel was... More

This is the third time we have taken our grandchildren (ages 4 and 5) to this hotel. We love the wading pool. They always have a blast and it is easy to watch them. There is a larger pool for older kids which the 5 year old ventures into and enjoys, especially the two slides. We will be going again.

Stayed at this property many times over the years as a Platinum member (frequent BW guest). Well managed place and well kept. UP TO NOW! Opted not to post this message, trying instead to let management deal with my input. But, after 2 attempts to contact both senior managers and not getting a response, I decided to post this information... More

Our family stays at this Hotel when we come to the cities because of pool, green mill, and location. But this time we found at check in the kiddie pool was broke and never fixed the 3 nights we stayed. A picture fell off the wall and nearly hit our daughter laying in bed, the hotel was very dirty due... More

The Pool was out of service, the kiddie pool was. The main pool was open and the towels were limited. Hot tub is small and very warm but not HOT. Breakfast was good and number of choices but the potatoes were very under cooked. The hotel was going under painting services and remodel is taken place. Overall it was about... More

This hotel is nicely located near the intersection of 494 and hwy 55. Of course the hot breakfast is available every morning. A Green Mill is located in the hotel, the food is very good, but over priced due to being in a hotel. But, there are plenty of dinning options in the area as well. The pool area has... More

My room has 2 queen beds. My daughter stayed with me for part of the time. I did not use the pool, exercise room or breakfast. I just don't get up in time. Everyone is very friendly. An issue to me is 1. Door A was always unlocked. I assumed you could only enter if you had a room key.... More

We left there this morning after a 4-night stay, basically a very good one! A few things I want to mention: the front desk staff is terrific, most notably John, who knew immediately how to make my smartphone work with the terrible WIFI service, and Elizabeth who had a sweet smile and wonderful demeanor. When we awakened the first morning... More
