My wife and I were moving from NC to WA, and stayed here on night 3 of our trip. When we first arrived (after refusing another hotel that was almost worse) the check in process was smooth, but that was about the only thing. In the room, there were pretzels all over one of the beds, a half eaten burrito... More

I don't know why people would write a bad review of this property. I have been working in Minnesota for a good chunk of this year and have stayed here regularly.I have always had a clean comfortable room. The staff is awesome and check in and check out have always been quick and painless.I like that there is a great place... Booked through Orbitz in late august. arrived at hotel with my mom. Immediately regretted the decision, already paid, so waited 20 minutes, then checked in. The room lock was broken, and cannot be opened with a guest card. each time we came back. we had to ask the front desk and wait for them to unlock our room. At night... More

You cannot park in back because truck drivers hog up the curb so there is no way of backing up. I hit a truck trying to back up. I also dropped my wallet outside and a shadey person here stole it and charged my cards and never returned my wallet to front desk. The painters here ended up getting paint... More

I was a little concerned after reading Trip Advisor comments but decided to try this motel anyway since a great rate. Our room was fine! Newly repainted & they were working on painting the outside of the building too. Could use better beds tho. And front lobby smelled strongly of smoke even tho a No Smoking sign is posted. But... Checked in in the afternoon and the desk clerk was awesome, one of the nicest I've ever encountered at a hotel! Things went downhill from there. Got to my room to nap, the painters were loud and it was hard to sleep. I finally got to sleep and woke up a few hours later (around 9 pm). Went out to... More

I reserved this room for my brother who was visiting me. The lobby says no smoking but reeked, and I mean reeked of smoking. The room also had a strange smell, that I had an allergic reaction to within minutes of entering. (I did not go in again). There were lots of ants and the door had a hole in... More

We made a reservation with central reservations for a superior king non smoking room. Received an email confirming our reservation details. Got to hotel, checked in, went to our room and was not what we reserved. After a phone call to reservations to find out why our room was changed, they said a employee here at the hotel changed our... Booked hotel through travelocity. Even called hotel directly to confirm reservation before I left on my trip. When I got there at 10 PM at night. No rooms available. Stated there was no record of me booking. How can a reservation disappear!!! thoroughly disgusted. Cannot comment on rooms but looked like pretty seedy crowd in area. Ended up getting different...
