Good for the money. Kids eat free in the restaurant from the kids menu with paying adult. But, they dont have coloring pages for the kids to keep them busy. We went for one night with our two young children ages 2 and 4. It is a perfect waterpark for young children under 5 year of age. The rooms were very nice and the service good. The only small problem was many things were "out of order" such as the ice machine, vending machine and the arcade wasn't working too... more

looks like the elevator is terminal as it was not working during the 10 days I was there. It is a real pain I have to agree, there is a second set of stairs, but sadly they they only open to the outside at the rear of the hotel at ground level, bit strange..... Of the two (TWO!) elevators in this hotel only one was working during our stay. Which would not have been so bad, except for the fact that the hotel was completely booked out due to a wedding and on average you could wait up to 20 minutes for the elevator.
