Aside from the North Shore this park is the best in MN. I think I read it's one of the largest( 3rd or something) and is one of the oldest. No matter what kind of camping you like they have it! Electric drive ups,RV, camper cabing with heat, walk in sites and back pack sites. There is tons of wild life and thick woods. The trails are a bit all over the place so you have to really pay attention to the maps. The only thing I didnt like was the hiking trails share with the horse back trails to so there is lots of manure to watch out for but no biggie. The back packs sites are awsome. Just be carefull there are black bears in that part. more
