rooms on the top floor are terribly noisy....sounds like a giant air conditioner is grinding away on the roof. The staff says there is nothing that can be done and they can't move people so.....I'd recommend other options unless you get a guarantee of not being on the top floor. more

We ended up staying at this hotel out of necessity when our flight back to the UK was cancelled due to the airport being closed by a massive snow storm. Northwest Airlines booked us into the hotel as all other hotels were already fully occupied by delayed travellers. The journey from the airport should be only about 30 minutes, however... more
