Enjoyed our stay here. The gal at the desk when we checked in was very helpful and she was very friendly. We met an older couple in the hall which were probably the owners and they said "welcome" which i thought WAS VERY NICE. My sister said this was the quietest hotel she has ever slept in. Police station right... More

Pretty nice staff but they didn't offer any information of what the hotel had to offer or where to find things nearby when I checked in. Unfortunately, that is the highlight of this hotel. Antiquated, smelly and a little scary. The facilities leave a lot to be desired. No safe, no notepad and pen, no menus, curtains were either blocking... More

We stayed here on a visit to a college. The staff was very accommodating when we had to change our reservations suddenly. Also went out of their way to help us with returning a forgotten item. Next to police station, so of course, felt safe!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet. Would stay again. Close to the Northfield Arena as my daughter had college hockey games there. I would recommend this to family and friends. By the way Northfield is a nice small town. Hard to believe it has 2 colleges.

Staff was friendly, room had repairs but was decent. Heater was turned on and room was ready when I got there. They honored my request of a first floor end room, as I was traveling with my dog. Breakfast wasn't fancy but was nice and kept stocked with bagels, fruit, danish, biscuits w/sausage gravy, juice and milk. Carpets were old... More

This was a pretty cheap hotel -- except it wasn't that cheap. Low quality linens and the room was really smelly and stuffy, even with the fan on all day/night. A $50/night hotel at a $90/night price. Definitely not a "best value".

The last time we stayed the owner was putting a new roof on....looks great! We always stay here, great staff & clean rooms. Breakfast is always good & we have this little tradition we take the kids to the bowling alley everytime we stay because we can walk to it from the hotel. Each time we stay its been very... More
