This is not a full-service hotel but it's a new place, and we found the staff helpful and the room very comfortable and clean. It is the second nicest place in New Ulm, so if you don't want to spend more to go to the Holiday Inn, here you will be within walking distance (2-3 blocks). more

I think the Microtel is a great place to stay. I've stayed there at least 3 or 4 times. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it's a cheap, clean, quiet place to stay. If you're looking for that, it's as good as anything else in New Ulm (If not better because it's NEWER). I guess I don't really care too... more

I thought that the condition of the motel was okay, but the employees were kind of cold. The restaurant across from them had bad service also. I was also told I was staying in a suite and all it was was a regular room with a microwave and ironing board...i do not consider that a suite. therefore i feel like... more
