I stayed at the AmericInn Hotel & Suites in Mounds View MN the weekend of March 23rd with my family and had a blast! The staff was friendly & knowledgable about the area. Not only do they have a pool with waterslide, but a restaurant & bowling center attached. Everything we needed was right here.

This is a nice hotel. And during my stay the staff was BEYOND helpful. We needed some directions and the lady at the front desk took the time to write out very detailed directions for us. Also they are attached to a sports bar which was nice. We were able to grab a bite to eat without driving anywhere.

We stayed here after a bad experience with one of the company's other hotels. The staff at AmericInn was wonderful. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very good, but a little hard to find. The hotel was clean and quiet. Very nice hotel.

The outside of the hotel is not very taken care of amidst the fake flowers they used to try and make the place look nice you can alos find cigarette butts and candy wrappers, how long would it really take to pick up some of the mess? I asked for directions to something nearby and the manager just handed me a map and didn't offer to help me in any way. Room is ok but the carpeting needs work. The only thing nice is McDonald's, KFC and Taco Bell are near by and close to HWY 35. Stay accross the street at Americ Inn.
