The hotel room is nothing spectacular but it was a great price for a casino hotel. We had a double queen room and we must have had an older room/bed since friends of ours had a king room with a much more plush bed. Overall though I would stay again for the price!

Casino's are understandably smokey in Minnesota. BUT I didn't expect the hotel lobby, hallways and Non Smoking room to also be smokey. Then I learned the "New" section is LESS smokey,so always request a room upper levels in New section.

We got a room with a meeting room attached and were right by the pool. Great room for our occasion! Seemed odd to have security lock the patio door from the outside when the pool closed. Also, security kept asking certain members of our group to see the room key - there were 24 of us so probably would not... More

Our room was very nice and the temperature was cool. But I wish that the humidity level could be much lower. I know that casinos want you to gamble and not spend time in your room, but the cold clamy feeling is not pleasant. We stay here in July and it was very hot outside, so the cool air felt... More

We were there for a class reunion. Room was clean and spacious. We are from Illinois where there is no smoking allowed in casino's, so that was a downer for this resort. Our neighbors in the hotel were very inconsiderate -- partying until 4 a.m. What is wrong with people???

We decided on the Par Play and Stay - the golf course, Dacotah Ridge is awesome, friendly service, well maintained course w/ GPS on the carts - highly recommend! The hotel / casino part of trip - average. I had never been to the casino before - it was very well lit, which is nice. Our hotel room - it... More

It was a great hotel, very clean and well kept up. The casino was very bright and had a great air quality system. We enjoyed th Players Sports bar and we excited to see A Hard Days Night band play all our favorites of the Beatles and danced the night away. The staff was very great and went out of... More

Check in wasn't until 4 but they let us check in around 12:30 which was really nice to get settled in right away. The bed was fabulous!! super soft!!! The room was updated and nice and spacious. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. The view was horrible but that really did not matter to me

WOW!! When they decided to remodel the oldest casino in Minnesota they went BIG!! This is the most fantastic remodel I have ever seen. Nothing like the old place. Definitely going again soon. Lots of fun games.....Rooms are clean and they have changed the amenities and are really working towards a green look and feel. I love the effort.

This is a good place to stay for the concerts they have since you can walk there and back. A few things keep it from being a great place or a five. Smoky common areas, loud obnoxious drunks and no fridge or microwave in the "deluxe" king suite.
