Spent an overnight at the casino hotel and had a very nice room. Beds we're comfortable and room was quiet. Had a good meal at the restaurant and staff was very friendly. Casino remodel is very nice. Still under construction so when it is done will be very bright and open.

Heading home after a few trade shows, the hotel location was perfect. The coupon for the buffet added great value and the coupon for the casino got us in the door. The room was nice and had good tv, wifi, shower and coffee. The casino didn't smell like smoke and we were off in the morning after a good night... More

I live 60 miles away so I have had my fair share of visits here but maybe only left up a few times, newly remodeled and a nice atmosphere, the food in the buffet is terrible though , most of the staff is mediocre attitudes . Don't expect nothing fabulous

We arrived at Jackpot Junction later in the evening after about a 2.5 hour drive. It was exceedingly cold. We found a place to park which was rather far from the doors, it appears that a lot of the casino patrons park in the area in front of the hotel doors so they can get out of the cold faster.... My husband and I visited the casino and hotel this past weekend. The casino is in the middle of a remodel and the updated areas are fabulous. I was worried about the customer service based on recent reviews but we had a great experience. We received good customer service in all areas. We ate at the Seasons buffet and while... More

I’m a frequent traveler, and it’s rare to find a breakdown of service as severe as we found at Jackpot Junction. For our weekend, we hit the junkpot! The price quoted on the phone turned out to be “my mistake.” Um, yep! After shelling out twice as much for the premium room with a king size bed, we discovered the... More

Ye Gads - worst meal we've had in ages, the dinners we had at the Dacotah Restaurant. My husband ordered the hot beef sandwich. The gravy was too salty to eat and the rest of the sandwich was cold and tasteless. He's not a picky eater so when he says something is bad, I know it's bad. I had the... More

We were told one thing over the phone and something very different at the front desk regarding how to check in and what the rate would be. When the one clerk checking us in said to the other clerk "oh, you spoke to them right?" the other clerk walked away. We ended up paying $50 more than we were told... More

I'll admit I generally frequent casinos for the food and nice hotels.. this is my first return to jackpot in over a decade, not much has changed. Let's start with the lodging. The check in process was extremely slow, I was #2 in line one person being helped, one clerk on the phone with a difficult caller, and one clerk... More

If you want to stay at a place that has a front desk manager named Sara give you the worst customer service I recommend staying at Jackpot Junction. We had such a wonderful standing water shower that Sara didn't seem to care about our experience. Did I mention it is Christmas Day? Merry Christmas to our family staying at such... More
