Tempted by the low rate, I came back for an overnight after a long absence. The non-smoking room was well maintained, but being on the same floor as the casino, residual smoke odor was present in the halls and even a little in the room, it seemed to me, but as an ex-smoker, I'm sensitive to it. Setting the AC/heat... More

We stayed in the suite which was nice and clean, there was definitely a smoke smell throughout the whole property including this non-smoking room. It wasn't so bad that you couldn't stand it, but definitely there. They are in the process of remodeling and putting in a new air filtration system. The grill had good food fast and reasonably priced.... More

We stayed here and found the room very adequate and clean. All the fixtures worked and the bath area was fine. The non smoking room was fresh with no signs of tobacco. The wifi worked well also. I would stay again.

It was fun being able to stay at the casino and the prices weren't bad for a weekend night. The room was clean and didn't notice a bad smoke smell as others had mentioned. The adult pool time from 10-12 was fun and quiet. They allowed us to bring our drinks to the pool which was nice. Overall it was... More

I've stayed in 2 different rooms here and going forward I'll spend the extra for the suite. If you're a non smoker request a room on a higher floor away from the elevators. The 2nd floor rooms all seem smell of smoke whether they are smoking rooms or not. Maybe a new ventilation system needs to be installed. The buffet... More

Stayed here with a golfing buddy and had a stay and play package. Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Very large bathroom. This is my third trip to this hotel and I have had a positive experience every time. The hotel is in need of some updating but is still in decent shape... More

The hotel connected with the casino needs to be freshened up. Everything about it was just average. We were there during a busy farm event, but on the upside, our room was quiet. The free wifi was there, but not very functional, with lots of dropped signals.

There are not a lot of good things going for the hotel. It's incredibly dated and the rooms and hallways have a weird smell to them. The hotel does provide free WiFi, but even with that cell/data service is a mess. My phone battery was nearly dead the entire time and/or searching for service. The workout room requires a separate... More

I just spent my bday here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. This is the worst place to stay and the biggest waste of money. What made me write this review was not my horrible stay in the room or the terrible gambling, but it was the "buffet" if you could even call it that. There... More

Stayed at Jackpot Junction for an event I was helping out with in nearby Redwood Falls. The room was booked in advance and was setup with direct bill; however, when I checked-in my reservation could not be found. The staff called the group sales manager who said everything should be in the system but was not. After quite the ordeal... More
