My husband and I (both MPLS natives) came back to town to party with old friends over new year's eve. We purchased a 'romance' package. The breakfast in bed was delicious, it would have been nice to know we were supposed to order before 2 AM (got home at 4 AM) when we checked in. Either way, kitchen/concierge was very... More

Our first room was awful - despite calling the day before and requesting a club level room. I went to the front desk, explained my call the previous day and let them know the room they gave us was not acceptable. After a little wait, I was given a new room key. The room was nicer, but reeked of smoke!... More

Our stay was okay... until we had our complimentary breakfast. The service was awful (took two hours for some scrambled eggs and toast), the servers were strange, and the food was disgusting. I'm a 23 and just out of college - so I've had to live and deal with some disgusting things, but I must say: I got a sense... More

We stayed here while in town for a surprise birthday party for a friend. We took the light rail to the Nicollet Mall stop, and were able to reach the hotel via Skywalks. It took a little while at first since we didn't know the route, but once you have it down, it is less than a 20 minute walk.... More

The staff were very friendly! They always said hello when you passed them in the hall, including the house keepers. Would stay again. Best value downtown. More

This hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. We asked to be moved from our initial room that was outdated and worn after discovering there were renovated rooms in the hotel. The new room was a definite improvement , but , overall the hotel lacks amenities and any charm. The location is , however, close to popular shopping, dining & nightlife... More

My husband and I stayed at the Millennium for a quick overnight stay. The location is great, very convenient for walking to downtown activities! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. From previous reviews we had read we asked for a remodeled room and were informed at check in that the majority of the hotel... More

My wife and I just stayed at the Millennium for our annual weekend getaway before Christmas. If I could rate the hotel / Staff / Location / Value higher, I certainly would. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful during the check in process. They patiently answered a few questions I had even though it was... More

I stayed at the Millenium for one night. Very convenient to all downtown attractions and activities. Perfect place to stay if you are in town to see the Holidazzle parade, as it starts 1 block from the hotel. Had dinner/drinks with friends in the hotel bar. Good food, strong drinks and reasonably priced. Hotel is connected to Minneapolis convention center... More

Dear Prior Guest, Thank you for your TripAdvisor review and we appreciate your comments and feedback. Each year the Holidazzle Parade, hosted Thursday's to Saturday's from Thanksgiving to Christmas, creates added parking demand in the downtown market. As the hotel is at the parade start point, parking is even more in demand. Just this week we met with the parking... More
