This hotel is a great location if you need to be in the West metro and want to stay away from downtown. It's a little dated; definitely request a room away from the pool. The ir banquet staff is great and the sales director very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.
There's not much to say about this very average Sheraton. The staff when checking in was very friendly. The room wasn't memorable, but comfortable. The location is fine if you need to be in the area - which I did for business. It's conveniently located across the street from a mall - which can come in handy.

This is a very decent if average Sheraton. Location is excellent if you need to be in the western suburbs. Prices for rooms here are very reasonable - especially if Starwood is running a special, as so often is the case. Alas, there are problems here.

I recently hosted 2 small (32 people) banquets and we were happy with our selection to use the Shereaton. We had a plated sit-down meal (Teryaki Salmon) and a Sunday buffet-style brunch. Both provided quality food and good service. Our out-of-town guests stayed here and that also made it VERY convienent for them.

This hotel was great. Easy access from the interstate. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice, big, clean. If you are a Starwood member, the SPG floor with the lounge is worth it. Free breakfast as well was excellent, served in the SPG lounge.
