When we checked into the hotel, the front desk person said happy birthday to me and told me about all of the ammenities that the hotel offered. She was fantastic! The lounge was beautiful and clean, great service. The hotel room was out of this world...especially the shower! LOVED IT! The hotel room view of downtown Mpls was also fantastic!... more

I usually stay at the Marquette when in MSP, this was probably my 15th visit. Overall I like the Marquette. The beds are very comfortable and the food is improving (it was awful back in February). The gym is very small but adequate outside of "rush hour." The location is good for downtown and with the skyways it is easy... more

My husband and I stayed in Minneapolis for a weekend getaway in June 2009. We were in Minnesota while I was being treated at the Mayo Clinic, and the Marquette Hotel was a beautiful, amazing escape from all things medical! Rooms were amazing - spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Bathrooms were also spectacular, with huge tile showers and lots of... more

I stayed at the Marquette for 5 days on a business trip. Overall the experience was pleasant and staff were friendly, but I was expecting so much more given all the great reviews and price. My biggest beef was that there was no heat in the room for the duration of my stay, despite the constant 45 degree, rainy weather.... more

The Marquette Hotel is in the Hilton family and located centrally downtown [one can walk to all downtown attractions and restaurants], but it has been recently remodeled and is clearly above the average Hilton. We stayed here at the end of May after a 3 week drive from San Francisco and we wanted a better, more comfortable room than one... more

Kristin and I were recently wed and stayed in your outstanding hotel. After weeks of reviewing hotels in the Minneapolis area we decided on the Marquette and we are extremely happy that we did. We stayed only two days at the Marquette and we could not be happier with your hotel and your staff. Upon our arrival we found that... more

My son and I stayed there Mother’s Day weekend. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beds were also very comfy. The view of Minneapolis from our room was fabulous. Most important the customer service was outstanding. We ordered room service for breakfast, the food was wonderful, my compliments to the chef. Thank you for the wonderful stay. more

My wife and I stayed at the Marquette in celebration of our 2yr anniversary. We wanted someplace that was conveniently located close to the center of downtown Minneapolis and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We called up to make our reservations and noted that it was for our anniversary. Upon checkin, we were pleasantly suprised... more

I booked The Marquette because it was 1) cheap and 2) close to the light rail line, and got a lot in return. I checked in around 1 p.m. and got room 965. Very big room, with a great desk setup; flat and round and facing toward the rest of the room rather than the wall. Very nice for getting... more

I was on a business visit and paid more than $300 per night for 3 night stay. I got assigned a room on 12th floor. Room was clean but the view was not great. LCD in the room if you crave Television during travel. I didn't use it much. Service was good. Expect to pay for parking as you are... more
