Stayed here with our family during volleyball tournament at convention center. Excellent location, walkable restaurants, sports, Metro Rail and Convention Center. Less than $5 cab fare from Convention Center. Room was clean and in good condition, hotel was quiet. Front desk staff helpful when looking for pizza one night. Starbucks in rear of building, and 3 more within walking distance.... More

I have stayed at this property 5 times this year. It's my typical home-away-from-home when I travel to the Twin Cities, as it is in close proximity to all happenings in the area. The staff is always kind! I had an experience where my reservation was proving difficult to locate, and the agent kindly upgraded me to a corner King... More

Spent 5 nights attending a conference. The staff was extremely friendly from the first hello from the valet to the thank you from the front desk staff upon departure. The atmosphere was relaxed to be sure - urgency was not necessarily the order of the day. My room was the smallest I have ever seen. Perfect for one person but... More

Signage was hidden for parking and valet misrepresented the cost. Elevators were dirty, have to ride 1 set to the 5th floor and another to room. I was told I had a "lovely city view" which was of the ugly building across the street. The room was adequate, the internet horrible and wouldn't stay connected. The bill comes and there... More

Nice room and hotel, but they just come up a little short for this class of hotel. The entrance from the parking garage was through a side door. The front entrance was full of cars and no one around so we didn't even have a chance at valet. Check in was easy and fast. There was no coffee packets in... More

I stayed two nights in the Marriot one my first trip to Minneapolis. The hotel is very conveniently located to the baseball stadium and Nicolette Mall shopping. There were lots of restaurants around. The hotel is connected by skyway to nearby Macy's. Looks like in winter guests can walk all over downtown via skyway and leave coats in the hotel... More

We went to Minneapolis for a doctor appointment and didn't reserve a room because the money we transferred from our bank account to our debit card didn't get on it in time. So we went with cash and had a terrible time finding a room that would take cash and after driving around and getting lost many times we bought... More

This is a fine hotel with friendly efficient service. But this review is for those of you who consider the executive lounge an important part of your hotel experience. This lounge is among the tops for Marriott. In the morning Bob oversees a breakfast that cannot be beat offering many different ways to get your eggs fix. At night the... More

This Marriott is exactly what you expect from a business hotel - very nice lobby, generally clean, and with one exception a friendly staff. My one big complaint was the size of my room - it was the smallest room I've ever had at a full service hotel. I don't know if it was just mine or if most rooms... More

Starting at the top. $372 per night for a Marriott in Minneapolis is a non-starter. London, Paris, New York, but not Minneapolis on a Sunday night when literally all of downtown is closed. Even Marriott restaurant was closed - patrons had to eat at the bar. Mistake. If I were not a frequent Marriott user, would have had to pay... More

Dear Jnjtiger, Thank you for your comments regarding our hotel we appreciate the feedback from a top contributor.
