Do not be fooled by the "Hyatt" name. We were, but we will never stay at this place again. My husband and I were in Minneapolis for an event at the Convention Center. We returned to our room around midnight to discover there were two parties in the rooms right next door to us. We tried to go to bed... More

This was our second stay at the Hyatt Regency in Mpls. For those who haven't been before, you need to pay for parking. $17 per 24 hours is what we paid. Once we parked, we didn't need the car again for our trip, everything we needed was within walking distance. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar, plus there... More

We recently were at a convention in Minneapolis and were told our reservations were at the Hyatt. Upon attempting to check in, there was no reservation. The gentleman assisting us was very polite and went so far as to track down our reservations, which happened to be at the Hilton! Kudos for going the extra mile when we were not... More

The hotel was a good hotel and close to the convention center. Reasonable for the area and value. A distance from the parking garage and ok on outside area. Clean and right downtown! We were on a high floor and it was a nice setting.

Stayed two nights on the 18th floor - amazing view of the city. Very clean, friendly staff, apple cider at check-in. The reason this review is only 4 out of 5 was one of the beds in the room. While the beds are very comfortable, one of them was so close to the wall (which had a print on it),... More

A great experience from start to finish. Was able to check in at noon, room was very nice with a good view of the downtown area. Food service at the 3-day conference was generally quite good (breakfasts and lunches). The hotel provided free shuttle service to nearby conference sites and to the light rail station. The hot apple cider at... More

Great location if you are attending a show at the convention center. Decent rooms. Other than that....forget it. ONE restaurant and ONE bar. They are not seperate...they are combined! If you want anything as far as food or drink is concerned (aside from the grab and go setup they have) you have only ONE choice. A romantic dinner, a business... More

This is the second time in the past 2 years that I stayed at this hotel for a conference, and I had a great experience. The staff is super friendly. There was hot apple cider available when I checked in. There is a very nice lobby, restaurant and bar downstairs. The rooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is nice and... More

Booked on priceline and got a pretty good deal, only to find out this "Pet Friendly" hotel charges $100 to let your dog stay, even if you are only staying one night! I wouldn't even bother calling the hotel pet friendly and the customer service wouldn't work with me on the fee. I will never stay here again.

This hotel was amazing for the price. The pool was heated and felt very warm. The basketball court was a nice add on and the fitness center was huge and had a variety of different machines. Each machine had a tv And radio in the machine. The room service food was really good, and fairly cheap and the room was... More
