We had the worst customer service EVER! The front desk staff was very rude & not helpful. Would not stay there again. more
The service is quite attentive and the newly renovated rooms are very nice, with flatscreen TVs, new carpets, bedspreads, wall coverings, and refurbished bathrooms. The executive lounge is adequate, though small and more of a place to pick-up a muffin for breakfast or to grab a quick drink before going out for the evening. Not a place to hang-out and... more
each year the parking garage attached to the hotel undergoes major repair, which includes hours of jackhammering for days on end. it is audible on the upper floors! rooms ending in "07" are behind the elevator bank and you can hear the mechanical rumbling and "pings" when the elevator gets to your floor. if you are a light sleeper or... more
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the end of January for two nights. It was the second time that I had stayed at the hotel. This hotel is centrally located downtown, conveniently connected to the network of walkways that encompass the entire downtown area. This means one can walk between all the downtown buildings, shops, restaurants, etc. without going... more
The staff at this hotel needs some serious lessons in manners and etiquette. Will never stay here again. more
Stayed for 5 nights, had a nice spacious room on the 16th Floor with 2 double beds. There was plenty of room for all my shopping bags from the Mall of America! Rooms were clean with big bathrooms and the beds were comfy. Couldn't hear any outside noise in the room we had. Hotel was really close to the shops... more

It was my least favorite of all the hotels in the past 3 years. Although technically it is not far from all... more
This hotel will serve you well if you're in town on business or for a couple. This hotel will not work well for a family or ESPECIALLY a girls get-a-way. Here's the problem: It's hit or miss as to what room you will be given and what the front desk may or may not know is that all the rooms... more
I stayed here in November 2006. I rented the Vice Presidents suite; it must have been 100 sqm in total; very big. The room came with an enormous television; must have been 50 inches, two bathrooms, hot tub and a walk in kitchen. The room certainly was comfortable. The television was good to watch being so big. All the appliances... more
I was traveling to Minneapolis for work at least once a month for a project I was on and sometime was there for weeks at a time. I would always choose to stay at this hotel and one reason why I did was the staff would recognize who I was and would try to accommodate any request I had. Due... more
