Location is very convenient to walk to city attractions and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and rooms were spacious. I would recommend a higher floor as noise seemed to carry from lobby areas. We were on 5 and it was perfect. Very enjoyable stay.

Location is convenient- makes the town very walkable. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and smiley. Hotel was clean and well-maintained. The continental breakfast was above average. Rooms are large and inviting. The only reason I didn't give this hotel 5 out of 5 was because of noise. I could easily hear goings on in the hallway and next door.... More

Returned to stay after a long absence and found under Hyatt ownership that things are still as great as I remember when Embassy Suites owned the property. Breakfast is adequate and convenience to all things in the heart of Minneapolis makes this property a great place. Rooms are spacious and well kept, pool area though small has great view of... More

One night stay. Late flight ....delayed extra 4 hrs and arrived at 430 AM. I called to let them know and they suggested there car service which is $40 and supposedly cheaper than getting a cab at the airport at that hour. We were happy to be met by a very nice driver in an Escalade and wisked to hotel... More

We booked in advance and got a very good rate, especially considering the downtown location of this hotel. We attended a game at Target Field and enjoyed the short walk to the stadium. There is also a Tram that is easy to access and only cost 50 cents to ride. Here's a breakdown of what we thought of the hotel:... More

This is a difficult review to write because this is a nice hotel that was so close to a five star review but failed to provide basic services and then failed to take responsibility. We checked in on Saturday afternoon and the room and amenities were awesome. The staff was friendly the room was clean. Breakfast on Sunday was average.... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The suite was fantastic; very contemporary and comfortable. The pool area was nice and the kids loved the dessert bar. Because we planned to enter and leave the parking garage numerous times, we paid the flat fee for unlimited in & out privileges.

Rooms are spacious, but it was so hot. It was 68 outside but 78 in room. The lobby was well over 80. We talked to front desk and they said they would look at room. We came back after a Twins game and it was stuffy and hot. So in short, ok hotel with no air conditioning in heat of... More

For $140.00 a night plus tax, we ladies shared 2 rooms and the rooms were like little suites! A nice breakfast buffet was available every morning and staff were so helpful. They gave us info and printed out maps for us each of the 4 days we stayed there. It was an easy walk to downtown. Parking was underground Rooms... More

Overall, this hotel was a good experience. Inside is very new, rooms were large and beds/pillows were new. Free breakfast was really good for a hotel buffet. Great location and parking was very easy and affordable for downtown standards. Only issue that we had was the layout of the two bedroom suite. There was only one (small) bathroom that was... More
