I enjoyed my stay at the Westen Minneapolis. There was a great atmosphere. I stopped into the bar area to watch the Twins play and was impressed by how friendly the staff was. Always makes a big difference when you are traveling alone.

We chose the Westin Minneapolis for pre and post events for our son's wedding weekend, as well as for over 60 out-of-town guest rooms. All the staff were excellently trained, friendly, helpful and efficient. We were treated like royalty. The food was superb, the rooms were clean and fresh, the beds were comfortable, and our stay was everything we had... More

This was one of the most ejoyable travel experiences I have every had, and that says a lot considering I travel 200 days out of the year. The rooms are great, service was fantastic, but the best thing of all had to be the bar. The ambience was great and the quality of the drinks were fantastic. I have nothing... More

I visited the Westin Minneapolis in March of this year and had the most amazing stay. The beds are truly "heavenly".....I had the best nights sleep and the room service was superb!!! Not your typical room service food....delicious!!! As for the ambiance in the restaurant....it is not your ordinary restaurant...."little Mini-New York right in the lobby bar....AWWWWHHH! Everyone is very... More

I stayed here for 3 nights to watch the Twins and really enjoyed my time in the Westin and Minneapolis. The hotel can seem quite dark when you first enter but given there's a restaurant and bar in the lobby area, this creates an atmsphere for those dining. I liked the room, spacious with all that could be expected -... More

They have some rooms with exercise equipment - in the room already set up. You have to ask. Get the rooms facing the street, not the other buildings. The lounge is OK but prices for the city. Food isn't too bad - order the sliders!

I hosted a bachelorette party for one of my good friends downtown Minneapolis. None of the girls had ever been to the Westin downtown so thought it would be fun for them to see the hotel. The minute they walked in to the hotel they were overwhelmed and had nothing but good things to say. It's cleanliness, comfort, and great... More

We (me, my husband and 6 year old) made an advanced reservation at the Westin Minneapolisthis past summer, which guaranteed us a room with city views, (heavenly)bath and two double beds. On arrival around 17h00, the front desk informed us that they could not give us the room we had booked, as we had not prepaid (!). They offered us... More

The hotel lobby is beautiful all art deco from the 1940's, great place to have a drink. We were celebrating a special birthday and told the person at the front desk this. He was very nice and told us he would up grade us to a better room. We were shocked when we saw the bathroom it was very DIRTY.... More

Dear Westin Guest, Guest Service is our number one goal at the Westin Minneapolis. It was apparent to me, while reading your comment, that we fell short of this goal when you were our guest. There is no excuse for our inability to overlook properly cleaning your room. I feel that a clean room is a very basic level of... More

The beds were ok and the room was clean, but beyond that I would certainly NOT recommend this hotel. Westin maintains the ancient, anti-customer policy of actually charging $15 per day for wi-fi access. Really, Westin? Really? When even the Red Roof Inns of the world are giving it away for free? Hard to believe anybody still gets away with... More
